Gene, a U.S. Marine Captain, member of the Knights of Columbus, active member of St. Matthew’s Church and is the heart of this rescue. Gene joined GRRCC 14 years ago and has been the foster Dad to over 70 Golden Retriever in 14 years.  Gene became President in 2006 and has lead us through many great and tough times.  That’s what leaders do.
